It has historical landmarks and pioneers. The journal is the realisation of a group of university hospital staff who acquired some experience, respectively, in the Research Center of Socialcutural Anthropology of Oran (CRASC, 2002) with the birth of "SENS", a journal dealing with environmental sciences related to health,and the Research Unit of Social Sciences and Health (GRAS, 2013).This same group who contribute to the strengthening of editions « GRAS’s notebooks and footprints »,landed at the faculty of medicine of Oran on november,2015 to implement Journal of the Faculty of Medicine project(during the tenure of Abdelmadjid Snouber as dean of the faculty of medicine). In this context, the Group-Guided Integration Method (GGIM) could be a viable alternative. However, no studies on its application in dental prosthetics have been found. HER2, a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK), is a key player in cellular signaling, influencing cell proliferation, survival, and migration. Its activation, primarily through dimerization, triggers major signaling pathways such as PI3K/AKT/mTOR and MAPK/ERK, which are often dysregulated in cancers.
