Abstract
La sclérose en plaques (SEP) pédiatrique est une affection neuro-inflammatoire rare, affectant environ 1 à 5 enfants sur 100 000. Elle touche la substance blanche du système nerveux central et peut entraîner un handicap moteur et cognitif sévère, particulièrement chez les enfants et adolescents de moins de 18 ans.
