Editorial New cancer plan in Algeria : making hope an organization

Abstract
Il est des politiques publiques qui ne peuvent plus rester de simples programmes administratifs. Le nouveau Plan Cancer en Algérie appartient à cette catégorie : il doit devenir une exigence nationale, lisible, mesurable et portée par tous. Le cancer n’interpelle pas seulement l’oncologue,le chirurgien, l’anatomopathologiste ou le gestionnaire hospitalier. Il concerne la famille, le médecin de première ligne, le laboratoire, l’université, l’école, l’entreprise, la commune et le décideur public. Il touche les corps, mais il éprouve aussi la dignité, la confiance et la cohésion sociale.
