Résumé
Résumé :
Il s’agit de l’expérience d’un service de neurochirurgie algérien,
portant sur une période assez longue de 30 ans, concernant les aspects
de la prise en charge, notamment chirurgicale, des pathologies
malformatives, très souvent complexes, du système nerveux que sont
les dysraphies cranio-rachidiennes.
Une approche épidémiologique statistique et descriptive des différents
types de lésions rencontrées dans notre pratique quotidienne ainsi
qu’une iconographie, assez variées, sont proposées.
